Prepare your route, step by step

A clear case starts with the right questions.

Whatever your nationality and wherever you are going, VisaGuideline helps you gather the useful information, understand what still needs checking and keep a record of your preparation.

  • 249 destinations, all nationalities: every country has its page
  • Free basic checklist and summary export
  • Every requirement shown cites its published source
  • No identity document required to start

The lists offered are preparation tools. They do not replace the decision of an administration and do not promise that a visa will be granted.

Three steps

A simple method, with no promises.

  1. Describe your situation

Nationality, residence, destination and purpose. The checker tells covered routes apart from situations that are still unknown.

  2. Complete your case

Your answers are saved in a space that belongs to you. You can come back to them and correct them at any time.

  3. Track what is left to do

The checklist shows your declared preparation. A complete checklist does not announce a favorable decision.

Open the visa guides

249 destinations, all nationalities: every country has its guide page. There you will find what is published and sourced, the entry rule when reviewed data exists, and the preparation method. You can start from a destination or from your passport.

No route with published provenance is available right now. We prefer an empty page to an invented requirement.

Who is it for?

One single tool, everywhere in the world.

For agencies

A professional space, by invitation.

Agencies, wherever in the world they are established, follow their clients with an explicit mandate, a read-only share and traceable access. No public registration is open: access is by invitation.

Method and sources

Useful answers before documents.

The route starts from your declared situation, whatever the country involved, then separates what is covered by reviewed data from what remains unknown. A destination without reviewed data is announced as such, never as an exemption.

Limits

A preparation, not a decision.

The rules shown are identified by their provenance and their environment. A checklist confirms neither a document nor that a visa will be granted.

Frequently asked questions

What we are asked most.

Can VisaGuideline get my visa?

No. Only the competent authority decides. VisaGuideline helps you organize your preparation and spot what still needs checking.

Where does the information shown come from?

From a rule version reviewed by an authorized person, published with its provenance and its review date. Information that has not been reviewed is not published.

Can other people see my answers?

No. A case belongs to its holder. A share with an agency exists only after an explicit mandate, and stays read-only.
