Support cases without ever taking them over.
The agency space lets a support organization follow its clients’ preparation. Each access rests on an explicit mandate from the client, stays limited to that mandate and can be withdrawn.
An agency established in any country in the world can join this space, for clients of any nationality and to any destination. No geographic area is reserved or excluded.
Clients followed
The agency keeps its own list of clients. This information belongs to the agency and is visible neither to another agency nor to any other unauthorized member.
Explicit mandates
A case enters the agency space only after a mandate given by its holder. Without a mandate, the agency sees nothing of the case.
Read-only share
The share gives a read of the mandated case. It does not allow the client’s answers to be changed, nor any action to be taken on their behalf.
Withdrawal possible
The holder can withdraw a share. The corresponding access stops; no copy is kept in the agency space.
Access by invitation
There is no self-service agency registration, wherever the agency is established. An organization is created, then its members are invited individually. No offer, no price and no commitment period are published at this stage.
