For the tourist visa in general, the FAQ cites a valid passport, a recent passport-sized photo and a confirmed round-trip flight ticket, and states that the requirements vary according to nationality. It does not say which ones are checked on arrival: having them on hand makes it possible to respond to a possible request.
Work prohibitedAccording to the tourist visa instructions, the holder is not authorized to work and must leave the country upon expiry of the visit period.
Fine in the event of overstayingThe portal's general terms and conditions provide for a fine of 10 Kuwaiti dinars per day of exceeding the authorized duration, and a possible future entry ban.
